REACT – ONLINE SELF DEFENCE

REACT Online Training Programmes provide a platform for all individuals to receive essential self-defence training. These 12-week programmes cover all aspects of personal safety and are licensed nationally by the Duke of Edinburgh Award. Participants will engage in a module based system that develop skills on a week by week basis ensuring the optimisation of learning outcome.

REACT – ONLINE GAP YEAR PREPARATION PROGRAMME

The REACT Online Gap Year Preparation programme follows the same module system as the self-defence programme but with a separate module focusing purely on preparation for a gap year. Beneficial to both students and parents the module provides an opportunity to risk assess potential hazards whilst delivering common sense strategies to remaining safe whilst travelling overseas.

The React self-defence course was extremely helpful and has taught me lots of ways in which to stay safe.
The course was set out very well with every session reflecting a different aspect on self-defense and we covered a different strategy each week.

The defence course was very helpful in managing to nullify physical threats and was an excellent way in pursuing my love of martial arts that has lately become less of a priority with exams. Despite the subtle differences in strikes between martial arts and self-defence, this course gave me a different perspective of confrontation and moved away from a tournament style physical demonstration and shifted the focus to a real-life confrontation and the legal parameters surrounds scenarios
